INVALID LOGIN

I have received an Auto-generated email for registration confirmation along with that I received Registration Id and Password. But when I tried to login with the given Registration No. and password, it is showing me a message "Invalid Login". I also sent mail 3-4 times to "callletter_helpdesk@ibpsorg.org" but I have not received any clarification yet. Please let us know what to do now? As we are unable to get the call letter.
