IBPS cwe exam call letter link is not available

I have successfully applied post of cwe probationary officers exam...

The date of publishing of the call letter in the ibps website is today (5/09)..

But still the call letter download link is not available...

I have tried a lot of time for the same but it is showing as "link not available"...
