im using airtel postpaid boardband sim 98 pack with 2 GP free downloading with credit limit 1200 but now my sim has been bared for past 1 week, ... Since i got bill about 8049.81 rupees..When i ranged your customer care they intimated new, that i have activated 3G plan and also "zero" rentel plan and used but i didn't ever activated like that so i have summitted my complaint in your service but they close their complaint seems it is invalid but i have again sumitted complaint...

Kindly take care of my problem i need remedy as soon as possible...

NOTE:

I got bill statement in a text form on 21st aug as 5847.3rupees excludes romming monthy charges and discount charges
