No fraud regarding UGC approval

I think there is no fraud or missleading things about the ICFAI University recognition.

The ICFAI University has been approved by the University Grants Commission, under Section 2 (f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The Distance Education Council (DEC) has approved the programs of the ICFAI University, Tripura. The Distance Education Council accords recognition to the Universities / Institutions to offer programmes through Distance Mode and it is for the Statutory bodies of the Universities / Institutions concerned to decide what programmes to be offered through distance mode. For technical / professional programmes the Universities / Institutions are expected to seek approval from the Apex bodies like AICTE, NCTE, etc. wherever it is required.
