Fee refund from icri bangalore

Dear Sir my name is Jackie R L Bantho and i took addmission in ICRI (banglore campus) for the course MBA HCM. In the year 2009. I was waiting for my 6th sem B.Sc result at the time of addmission and i was told that if i fail to clear my exam my fee of Rs 2lakh would be refunded. Unfortunately i failed in one of the subject, so i applied for refund in the month of feb. The admin head Mr Raja gopal told me that they would refund my money but till today i am waiting for it to happen. I even spoke to the principal, about it. They just keep telling me that they are waiting for the respond from the Head Office which is in Delhi. I feel they are taking me for a ride, please help me in getting back my fee.
