Refund of Fees after the cancellation of admission from F.Y.B.Architecture for my daughter Kum. Janhavi M.Dhage

My daughter Kum. Janhavi M.Dhage had taken admission for First year B.Arch.in I.D.E.A.Nashik trough NATA/MASA on 04/08.Even at the time of admission O.S. of IDEA.Nashik Shri Narendra Teele was asked about the rules of Refund if the admissio, is cancelled, the O.S.told that they will give refund, as per the rules of Department of Trchnical Education Maharashtra State. Then on 08/09 Kum. Janhavi got the admission at N.D.M.V.P.M.S.college of Architecture trough DTE.Maharashtra State. Before that I cancelled her admission from IDEA.Nashik on 08/09, and apply for refund in the same application on same day. After that I have visited IDEA.Nashik for refund about 5/6 times. But everytime O.S.of IDEA.told me to come in the next week, giving some reason. But on 25/10 Shri. Vijay Sohoni refused to give any refund, saying NDMVPS.College of Architecture is an Illegal college, as Council of Architecture, Delhi has passed such resolution. I asked him, how can an admission given by DTE.Maharashtra State you call an illegal? But he was not ready to listen about DTE.Maharashtra. Then I asked him to give me a written refusal about refund, he agreed to give. But till date I have not yet received any letter from IDEA.Nashik. I have also e-mail to MASA Mumbai, but till date there is no reply from them. I have paid Rs.43000/- to IDEA.Nashik and Rs.29000/- to MASA by D.D.of IDBI.Bank. So, I humbly request you to look into the matter, and give me thr justice as early as possible. Thanking you, in anticipation.
