Passed M.Phil in 2007 no degree certificate till date

I passed my M.Phil (IT) through SLN correspondence college from Vinayaka Missions University - Salem (Tamilnadu) in 2007. Till date the university has not issued my degree certificate. SLN correspondence college does not help in any way they have been promissing to get the certificate from last 4 years. I sent a letter to the Vice chancellor also but in vain.

SLN and Vinayaka Missions University are fake, they just know how to trouble students. There is no management at all, They are sick. Don't waste your time and money with them.
