Refund of My Brother's tution Fees of IEC Group of Institutions, Gr. Noida (U.P.)

My name is Santosh Kumar.

My brother (Siddharth Kumar) got admitted in B.Tech (CS) in IEC Group of Institutions, Gr. Noida (U.P.) under MTU affiliation. The admission was taken under Direct Quota.

On 22-11, I have submitted an application to the Principal for with-drawl of the seat and refund of brother tution fees. I had deposited a DD amount of Rs. 25000/- favour of IEC Group of Institutions, New Delhi to the institute with the photocopy of my brother’s documents. Due to economical condition & Other domestic problem my brother don’t want to continue his studies. My brother hasn’t submitted my original documents in the college, not attended one day class also. I have called so many times but they don’t talk properly nor tell what to do. I am getting no response from the college.

Kindly guide me in the matter to get my money back.
