Non recipient of grade card, provisional certifcate

Sir, i hve being the student of ignou, as i was pursuing the course in DECE [DIPLOMA IN EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE AND EDUCATION], I have given the exam held in june-08 and completed the project work too, bt yet i have not received the grade card, provisional certificate, in spite of several reminders. They not even reply me anything in written regarding my complain. They are not responding at all. plz look into the matter and do the same.
