Result not declared since 2 years

I submitted my project report in April in University, but no result is declared till date. I have send so many times reminders to the university about that but no action was taken. One another issue I appeared for my practical examination in June the result of that is also pending. Neither Study Centre (Rohtak) nor Regional Centre (Karnal) has taken any action regarding this complaint.
