Institute is not issuing E-MBA markesheet for the year10-11

IIBPS- Indore is not issuing mark sheet of E-MBA for the year 10-11. Now institute has closed it's office, which was situated at Kanchan Sagar near Industry House, A.B. Road, Indore. So I am worry about my degree and my future. I have paid the full fee in the favor of IIBPS. Institute has taken all exams in the month of May. But till the date of complaint, it has not issued result of these exams. And there is no responsible person is available by this Institute. It's chairmen Mr. Rajesh Modi has switched off his mobile and not responding about these matter. So pls helps
