Taking deposit for ME admission

Respected Sir/Mam,

PICT Pune, Maharshtra college is taking donations for ME ADmissions but this is not legal at all. That college have done loss of one of friend as she paid 50, 000 Rs and was unable to pay remaining 1 lakh amount so she said that she would cancel that admission but the agent from her college deny to give her the 50, 000 amount, it is heard that the person whom she hv given money is First year coordinator working over DPCOE, wagholi, pune, Maharashtra. And he had passed that amount to Prof. MORE who is working in TALEGAON, pune.
