No Proper Center Information of papae

Hello

I received the admin card of my CAT 2009 and When i go for test on center then the problem is occur in the center LABS, So my paper is postpone.

My Paper Center: Gyan Joyti Institute of Technologies, Mohali

After 4 days i again get the Information that my paper is reschedule and center is Rayat and Batra Institute of Technologies. and When i reach on the center then they told us that they don't have the such reschedule paper information.

and i again leave the center with any further paper information.

This waste my time and money and i also travel a lot for reaching a center two time, but not able to give a exam (CAT 2009). and now my semester exam and practical start. So its difficult to me to again for test center.

Please guide me How can i file the complain against the IIM's (CAT 2009).
