NON REFUND OF REGITSRATION FEES

My daughter was not given her preferred choice of institute in the 2nd round in the IITJEE`2010 and it was informed that the registration fees will not be refunded. This is avery common compliant to ceveral candidates. Pls help to take up the case with proper authorities so that above fees shall be refunded.
