Mentally torture and exploitation

Sir,

when I was in imis bbsr (mba), i was not able to cope up with sudden change of course and place due to which i was not able to concentrate in anything. Then examinations came and i was burdened with lots of studies. This made me even more tensed. In marketing paper, after the end of examination, i kept answer sheet along with question paper by mistake.i apologized for my mistake, i cried a lot for committing such a mistake but in return of this lecturers of that college scratched all marks of marketing paper. I accepted my punishment still feeling bad .next day in morning i met lecturers again apologized and said sorry. Then i went to examination hall. When i was giving examination, a notice came in class in which it was written that i am violated from the next all 3 exams and told my father to give application so that we will mitigate your girl's punishment. My father gave application as he was told and i also gave 2 -3 application as i was told. On next day (Monday) when i entered class, i was shocked when i listened that my all papers are scratched. Then after i was told to visit advisor. i went to him and told i'll n't repeat this type of mistake again and said sorry to him, he told me "pack your bag and go back your home, i m suspending u for minimum 15 days and maximum 2 months''.My father even came to college still no one gave good response to him and he was again told to write 2 applications. I was in depression during these 5 - 6days and management was continually torturing me. I continuously visited form one lecturer to another and said sorry to everyone.still none listened me. I would have gone mad if would have stayed there I was about to commit suicide but was unable to gather courage for it. Finally i left the course. I had given fees of TWO LAKH THIRTY THOUSAND that is also not returned to me..Now I want my money back. What should I do. Please suggest me some solution. I am burdened with educational loan. I want justice.
