School Not providing Facilities promised

The International Montessori School which claims to be a part of Some Uttar Pradesh school.

Now we admitted our kid in this school. The school people showed us many facilities including food (breakfast).

The school Owner Sunil Patel rented this IMS in a school named Gandhinagar International Public School (randheja, Gandhinagar)

The facilities odfthe school IMS were shown in this GIPS and within 3 months they vacated GIPS and Rented in another School named SCHOOL FOR EXCELLENCE, and told in meeting that all the facilities will be done in the new campus alos. Till date we as parents are waiting for facilities. owner clearly told us he is going to give the present facility but he wants full fees. We are very much in a fix.

What to Do? We have also given Some amount as Admission Fees. and the owner in meeting has made is clear that he is not sure about the next year what can we as parents do in this case. Now School again is changing the campus. how much do we have to wait. Any advise please help ASAP.
