Not refunding of security money

Dear sir,

i am passed out MBA student (2008 batch) of college IMS Noida. i want my security money (including college and hostel security money (8000 3000=11000)) back. i contacted many times but each time date is extended from college side.

as per my knowledge, security should be returned back immediately after issuing final degree of the student. and its more 2.5 years gone and still we are waiting for our security money.

will you please help me in getting my money back
