Esponse in a very harsh and ill treatment

I had enrolled for Spanish class (weekend classes) in INAWORD languages in Adyar branch and i attended only the introduction class on the very first day. With in two days, unexpectedly i was transferred to Bangalore and so i could not continue the classes except the very first class and i didnot receive any materials also from them which they promised to give me on the first day itself. While i contacted the director of the institute Zenobia Irani regarding my transfer and I asked her whether there is any alternate like refunding the fee paid or referring any institute in Bangalore, she spoke to me very rudely and even without any manners, she disconnected the call. But when i was enquired for the enrollment, she gave me calls for more times in such a pleasant manner.

VERY WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THAT INSTITUTE AND UNPLEASANT BEHAVIOUR FROM THAT LADY.
