Mark Sheet After Revaluation is not issued yet

Student of T.Y.Bsc. IT appeared for final semester exam in Apr - 2010 but i got KT in one of the paper, later i applied for revaluation on 23-09, at that time i was told that mark sheet will come after KT's Exam... KT's exams are over even their results came into their hands and also the exam of march - 2011 for same Bsc. IT took place but still i have not even received the clearance letter which comes before mark sheet is issued. i am facing problems while giving interviews as they ask for final mark sheet, which is still in Mumbai University.
