From so many days the tatkal seva is not properly used because of the agents . agents are booking the ticket and selling it as per their choices. so finally the passenger is suffering and paying the price which is much higher compare to original price.

solution- bring the system of photo on the ticket for tatkal seva only. so the agents will not book the ticket.
