Refund of Fees

Hi,

This is regarding the refund that has been given in order of withdrawal from PGDM-Finance programme at IMT Ghaziabad.

The Sum total of fee deposited was Rs. 2, 25, 000/-. I applied for the refund in first week of June that is prior to the beginning of course i.e.19th June as communicated by IMT.

Also, I didnot applied or logged in into pre-foundation course link through any mode. I already intimated about not logging into pre-foundation module to APO IMT apo.imt@imt.edu.

Thus, As per AICTE norms the deduction of refund fee should be Rs. 1000/- only. However, a hefty amount of Rs. 13000/- has been deducted which was not expected from such a reputation institute like IMT.

Could you please look into the matter and address the concerned issue asap?
