Dear sir,

I am keshav working as a Librarian for a KITE College of professional engineering sciences, shabad and we subscribed for INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH PUBLISHING HOUSE (IRPH) Journals for our college Library and paid Rs. 52, 000/- for our both the colleges. But, I regret to say that the DD amount was en cashed by the IRPH firm in return he failed to supply the journals since September - 2008 to till date. So, whenever I am calling him he was denying and escaping.

So, Kindly help me in this regard and provide me the justice in this matter. I will be looking to hear from you as early.
