Not conducting online test properly

Sir,

I am studying 1st b.tech in jawaharlal nehru university (kakinada) affiliate college. They are conducting online exams but there are not giving the

key correctly. They are correcting papers with wrong key. The key is displayed after exam. Even then there are counting mistakes. This a poor part of jntu.

So, please kindly take necessary action before it got so late
