Faculty complain for biasness

I am student of madurai kamaraj University, MCA second year 'A' batch.

Mrs Minakshi is faculty of computer center of MKU, She does not teach in class, once i told to her about it, then she became angry to me.

Now she is taking revange to me, She is not giving me even a passing mark in exam inspite i write all the contents.

Not only for me, Her behave is also very bad with North Indian Students, She does not like them to do well in exam and class.

She alway scold them and students, She does not give our any question answer, she always tells that go to internet for answer.

Our HOD is not taking any action against to her because she is close to him.

Try to do something.
