Fraud commitment

Sir, this complaint is regarding a company Just Tutors owned by Nandita Bose from Kolkata who promises to give online tutor job to candidates. She charges Rs 4500 from candidates and then doesnt fulfill the promise. She has fooled n number of people and she is still continuing to do so. I can see her advertisement for the recruitment as etutor in times of india daily.

I have been fooled by this same lady. She asks me to deposit rs 4500 in her account and then she will confirm me for the job, but she is a fraud lady which I came to now from grahak sewa website.

Please help me to trace my money back and punish that lady who had fooled many people and still she is continuing to do so.
