Negligence of duty

My 3 and half year old son used to go to a playhome named 'KIDS NEST' at Dinnur, R T nagar. On 05/07 I dropped my son to the playhome at 9.30am and my husband was supposed to pick him up at 12.30pm. Unfortunately at 12pm a kid pushed my son with a lot of force and he fell down on the sharp designed concrete floor inside the playhome gate. The backside of my son's head was bleeding and nobody bothered to apply ice or anticeptic lotion on the affected area. They didn't even call me. My husband went to pick him up at 12.30pm and he noticed the wound on the way. The wound was deep and bleeding. we applied antiseptic lotion at home but could not stop bleeding. we went to the play home to check what had happened. The head said that they didn't have ice or antiseptic lotion. I was shocked to hear that.we immediately took him to Manjushree hospital and Dr. Ravi Nayak stitched the wound and stopped bleeding. the wound took more than 12 days to heal completely. It is sad that an irresponsible lady is running a playhome with two untrained teachers and an aya who don't even know the basics. I believe that they don't have any right and capabilities to run a playhome where they leave a kid bleeding like this without doing anything. I have spent more than 3000/- for his treatment but the play home people don't even have the decency to call and check about the kid.
