Dear sir

i had join lord krishna ignited mind Institute for the preparation of civil services at Julyfor the 120 days @20000/-. I submit ed the half fees that is 10, 000/- . After 35 days the main coach MR. Amit Singh has been changed or not able to give the lecture . i m not satisfied with other teacher . so i oppose him. the institute says me orally that they could not able to teach me . so i wanted to refund my fess . the management of the institute had agree to refund Rs. ' but now he didn't refund the money . please help
