Private B.Ed colleges harrasing students in Haryana

My Wife applied for B.Ed in MDU Haryana, she was allocated a seat in Lt Mahipat College after online counseling. We were asked to submit Rs 10, 000 online to confirm a seat which we did. Then we approached the college and paid the remaining amount of fees in cash. At the time of submitting the examination form they asked for extra Rs 37, 000 for short attendance, practical files and few other activities which we had to give as there was no other option. We were told this is the final setlement amount. Now to give out the roll numbers they are asking for another 15, 000 stating that the Rs 10, 000 submitted online are not being counted as University has not paid them and rest Rs 5, 000 is the examinaton fees whihc they have paid to get the centre in their own college. Thsi is not our fault but again we are not left with any other option as the exams are starting on Tuesday now either we give the money or not apear for exam and forget already paid Rs 70, 000.
