Mishandling of original documents by staff

Hi,

I am Ojas Gala, Lilavatibai Podar High School, cleared my 10th board.

I was required to get my Original Documents stamped from the Education Inspector. For getting this done, I went to Ismail Yusuf College in Jogeshwari. My documents we taken by the staff and in process of removing the staple pin, they were torn.

The person involved in doing so gave rude answers, that the torn document will not be an issue. When we further asked for explaination and a proof that this document will considered valid, he bluntly said he has not torn it. The staff is very rude and indiscipline.

Now I am concerned of whether my torn and taped document be valid, not just in India but Internationally. The authority is irresponsible and does not know to handle their duties well.

Some strict action needs to be taken for such behavior, as it is case of a students career ahead.
