Complaint against University

Dear Sir,

I have completed my BCA course from IGNOU and now doing MCA in the same. I have passed in all subjects but one subject is not published by the university yet. I have appeared for that exam in June session. Normally the result will come within 3 months after writing the exam. Now this situation has led to block my opportunities in my official career. My promotion/chance for a new job is delaying due to this reason. This is not only my case but also affects a group of students appeared for the same exam. We have given complaint to the University many times. But no positive response from there. Please help us to overcome this problem. My Enrolment number is 083771916 and the subject code is CS74P. And the exam held in June-11 session. Please do the needful immediately.
