Not getting response

This is my complaint against NIM Institute of management. i have registered for GDBA course from Ahmadabad before 4 years. have completed all my semi ester and paid full fees at the time of admission. Two semester certificates i have received regularly but after completing my 3 sem i havnt received any certi still today. It has been almost one n half years contacting to all this foolish peoples but they are not responding to any of my call or mails. they just keep on telling call after one week or after one month, not a single person over there is in responsible for any issues. to whom complaints are to be done or where to be done or who is suppose solve our problem no one is free to tell. they all are just making fun or us and fooling us. kindly plz help me out for getting me my certificates so that it can be used my me for my job.
