Not checking the answer sheet fairly

Sir / madam,

i am the student of TIT&S Bhiwani of 11 batch which comes under M.D.U university Rohtak, i have given the exam of compartment of micro-processor thrice... but i was unable to pass. In my last attempt i have written correctly about 90% of question but they have given only 21 and not pass even a single student of my batch. The question of micro-processor was not so tough that they not get pass...

They did all this for getting more and more money from us by examination fee and unknowingly play with the life as well as future of the student.

please help me to get out of this.
