Non payment of salary and harrasment

I, Shweta Dhiman, joined Mothers Pride, Vivek Vihar Branch as Administrator on 20th March as per the Offer Letter provided to me at the time of joining. (Photocopy enclosed). My stint with the company was of 5 months & 19 days (approx).

I submitted my Resignation on 9th Sept 210 due to Mental Harassment by Ms Bindu Thakur (Branch Coordinator –Vivek Vihar Branch) who was totally unprofessional & callous in her approach as Branch Coordinator. I handed over each & every responsibility/belonging to my colleague Shalini Sinha & Sumit Anand on 10th Sept & demanded Acknowledgement in lieu of the handover, however I was simply refused.

After my resignation, I wrote several mails to Ms Smita Bakshi (Operations Head –Mothers Pride) & to Ms Harpreet Sahni (Administration Head - Mothers Pride) to check the status of my Full & Final Settlement Amount however I got no response from them. Also I tried to get in touch with them over the phone many times but my calls were not attended.

Thereafter on 2nd Oct I called Ms Sudha Gupta (Chair Person – Mothers Pride) to check the status of my Full & Final Settlement. I was told that Ms Renu Kapoor (HR Head – Mothers Pride) would contact me on 3rd Oct. The call is still awaited.

Having faced this unprofessional behavior, I called up Ms Bindu Thakur (Branch Coordinator) again on 5th Oct to confirm the status of my Full & Final Settlement Amount but was informed that Handover Formalities are still pending and was told to visit the Vivek Vihar Branch again on 9th Oct for the same. I visited the Vivek Vihar Branch on 9th Oct to re-complete the Hand Over Formalities but was stunned to find that no one was present in the Branch except Sumit Anand.

Also I had submitted my claim amounting Rs 3200, towards the Kitchen expenses incurred by me from my pocket which has also been withheld by the company. I had to incur this amount personally as my Petty Cash amount was fully utilized and I was waiting for the same to be replenished. Despite rigorous follow ups & repeated attempts from my side, I am struggling to get my Full & Final Amount.
