Mothers Pride
Complaint regarding misbehave and deny from the previous words

My baby was in Mothers Pride (Deepali Branch) at the time of admission (july) school organized a baby show we went there and enrolled our baby. Their staff bifurcated the fee schedule and force us to take the paid album we agreed and paid for the album. But from our friend we got to know that at the same time her daughter got admission in Mothers Pride (Sec-3, Rohini) got the complementary album. So we went to branch and discussed about this to the branch head she said you just give us the application and we will also provide you the complementary album so we went to the reception and provided the application for complementary album to receptionist up to this every thing is fine.

But on date 26/3 we went to the school as it was last day and ask for the album to the class teacher she said there in no complementary album for the baby only paid album. We asked why she said she doesn’t know go to reception or branch head. We went there to receptionist she first denied but on forcing said we cant provide the album to your child we said why we already provided application to you regarding this and you assure us so she said that application has no value and it just for you that you don’t follow for the whole year and in the session end will do what we will. That lady was so harsh feeling us that we are the beggar. We feel abused. At the time of admission they follow us track us beg us when session ended they have so much rough behavior with the parents. They even don’t have a minute to talk or to listen I feel very sorry that these are the same people. So what what we can do we in India we are habitual to all this.
