Unexpected Institutional Education and Breach of Programme

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Chetan Kochhar and I got enrolled into B.sc degree programme'09 in AAG affiliated to KSOU, Mysore. As it is been end of second semester being a student would like to report unexpected Institutional Education and Behavior. And would like to discontinue the educational programme.

Reasons for Discontinuing the Programme:-

* Wrong Commitments and unconceptualized syllabus and curriculum.

* Unexpected Coachings and Irresponsible Faculty, Where Students Complain something Somehow to Administration, then Faculty and whole management get deffensive.

* AAG Management Keep on working on Addmissions for new students where Faculty not Concerned about Education and Students career but handling Administration & Office Work.

* Wrong approach against Examinations Date sheets and Timings.

* Informal complaints are not being centrally reported. This means it is difficult to get a picture of what students are complaining about and whether there are any trends across a university.

* Where insteed of working on improvements for institution they criticizing the students. Where complaints procedures differ widely between and within institutions.

When the AAG recommends a university improve its procedures, Mr Anil Sharma (Center Head and Administration) says. "What is needed is a common enterprise in developing good

practice, not a culture of blame. Students are responsible adults and we expect them to have a working knowledge of the rules governing their courses and assessments". Where as per disscussion with him, they were actually Educating me about the university trends and unsatisfying university Process.

It's OK for universities to have different procedures, " Mr Vikas Tomar (Chief Operating Officer) says. "Universities want to do right by their students. There is no point them having procedures that frustrate students. Universities have to be fair, not just to the student who has a concern, but to other students in the cohort and to members of staff." and they advised me to continue with studies and exams, but he is not aware about my time which has already been wasted. When i Asked them to rembuirse my fees which has already been digested where i am getting responces as i m not a university student. I was being treated as i am a customer and dealing my career with educational Merchants. And even i was asked to take certificate of one year formal diploma from AAG management after wasting my one year insteed of B.sc which was actually enrolled on papers.

Universities handle the majority of cases with professionalism, fairness and skill, says Mr Vikas Tomar. "This is reflected in the fact that two-thirds of cases reviewed are found to be not justified. The student complaint is found to be justified. Here we do see evidence of a failure by universities to keep to their own rules, breaches of natural justice and insensitive handling.

Finally, I would like to Request Educational Leaders and University to bring me a decent solution and judgement for my Career with AAG. Since, I got Screwed in my second semester of B.sc with a massive hit just because of failure of Institution and university.
