My letter not delevered yet
Non delevery of lette

I am asutosh acharya .i posted a letter to indian academy of science through ordinary post.from hydrabad to bangalore.its already 8 days but the letter not reached there yet.that letter about my scholarship confirmation.what can i do now? strange indian postal service.
