Term fee

I have admitted my son in Narayana semi-residential Junior college, Habsiguda and paid Rs. 35, 000 it is 50% of fee for semi-residentila student, and they have to arrange break fast, lunch and snacks, the food supplied by college was not good, i met college official several times complained regarding food supply they responded for my complaint. after four months i have informed college official that my son will bring break fast, lunch and snacks from home, and i requested college official that i will pay food amount for the four months they have not agreed and ask me to pay full amount of Rs. 70, 000 (Rupees seventy thousand) even though my son is not taking food at college i have to pay full amount of Rs. 70, 000, kindly advise concerned official to look in to this matter and do justice to me
