NIFA JAIPUR
Regarding to Caution money not received

I am a student of NIFA Gwalior on batch-09 and my problem is that in admission time the centre taken the fee of the course and included the caution money 500 Rs. extra with commitment that he revert us the related money after completed our course but they dont do anything he just told to us that we are not responsible for ur money u will inform to Jaipur Nifa for every thing because he have already the money which he want to revert back. Me and my friends also completing against this but i want a advice that we all are charge any FIR against this or not.
