Refund of fees

Respected sir/madam,

I had registered for GNIIT course offered by NIIT Nashik city center. But they are unable to start my batch even after 9 months. Initially they stated the reason of unavailablity of staff. Now I am doing my engineering, so I can't start the classes anyways. So please, give me justice. I want refunds only.
