Downgrade course refund

I have enrolled for DDNT and CMATN from NIIT GHAZIABAD. after few days i upgraded CMATN to CSTQA. And i realized that the upgradation is not beneficial for me. So i decided to downgrade it but when i asked for it from my faculty and center head. They refused to downgrade any course.

my details are as follow plz anyone help me... and i would like to mention that I AM CURRENTLY STUDYING CMATN content.

NIIT peoples are very greedy they can say anything to get a person to take admission in their institute.
