I applied for ph.d in nims university through nimtt in the month of august, at that time they promise me that i will get my registration withing 2 months and give them rs36000, but 6 months are over till now i dont get my registration and nw they force me to change my university from nims to cmj university which dont have any proper affilation.now i am totally metally upset
