About care centre in guwahati

i am vishal gupta in iitg in guwahati. i bought N73 in october and i am writing this mail at 14 jan.

three application r not opning in phone . because of my phone is in warranty so i went to nokia care centre in sidhartha building guwahati. but they delete my these applications and when i say why you do so than they talk irrularity really i feel very bed .this nokia center comes when you go from pan bazar to palton bazar then after crossing bridge and befor vishal megha mart.it open in june. i do not have personal thing i just want to tell they are doing work properly.please tell what i do with my phone.
