Is it possible to the Institutions as following.

I am compleated my 10 2 in 1998 (Degree fail)

I am working as an Accountant since last 7 years

Recently i am searching in internet, i have seen the website www.gitmindia.in. They are told that we will give you the certificate with in one month in Rs. 30, 000/-. This certificate is using your further studies any where in india or any institution in india. Is it possible and can i belive this institute.
