Dear Sir,

My name is Abhijit. I did my BE (Computer) in 2008 from Rajarshi Shahu College of Engg, Tathawade, Pune Banglore Highway, Pune-411057.

I got OBC scholarship from govt. for the year 06 which was more than Rs.17.500/-.

But till today i didn't received the amount from my college, when i take the followup from college they always speak in very non professional way.

They told me, when we get it, then we will give.

I have a question, i am taking followups since 5 years and till today college didn't receive scholarship amount from govt.

Is it possible?
