DELEBRATE DELAYING - MISUSING HARD-EARNED MONEY, CHEATING

My son J. LEO ALLEN registered for AIEEE yearlong course 2009 at ZION SCHOOL, Chennai-73 for which Rs.18, 200 paid by means of 2 cheques bearing No.745773 and 745774. Classes not started at the specified centre due to poor response at the centre. Without consent from us centre shifted KV school, Madambakkam which is very far away. Moreover new class timings not convenient for my son. Hence we opted for AIEEE crash course 2010 which was conducted at ZION school itself and my son attended the same. As agreed by the coordinator at the centre, the fee for crash course (Rs.6290/-) was adjusted out of the amount of Rs.18, 200/- paid by me earlier in 2009. Since the centre for the yearlong classes were shifted only for the convenient of the authorities concerned, they assured refund of balance amount after deducting the fee for the crash course. But after expiry of nearly one year no progress is attained even after sending of many letters, telephonic enquiries, personal visits etc.
