My son master Kushal Chakraborty student of ST.XAVIER'S INSTITUTION, class ix, ICSE board number of advertisement and regular publicity given your ends. I had directly contact to your DUMDUM branch, after the preliminary talk and admission given my son for admission above regular course for all subjects. Mr. Kushal Chkraborty code number DR/1C/9 dated 29.03. before admission I will fully appeal and demand the actual prepared above school syllabus for class ix, there madam have given fully assured above matter but unfortunately after 1 month over both school and your centre syllabus 98% differ. I had varbally complaint above matter on 03.05. after that thrice times over but no result. Third and fifth may I had contact H.O.several times, any director or principal entertained or not received my phone via your receiving phone number 2455-1840.Only one head official entertained my claim/problem, after 05.05.2010 I had told DUMDUM branch that not continuity above course. ST.XAVIER'S INSTITUTION syllabus xerox copy submitted on 03.05. that appears 98% differ. Your syllabus for Unit Test-1, ICSE class ix, session classroom subject all appears 98% differ, so the money which i paid to you and time fully wasted and lost my student. I had talk your incharge ICSE ix and x but her response not satisfactory at all, my son education have been suffering long time and family also facing great problem. Hope you look into my claim and taken necessary action to your ends.
