Ripoff, groverment grants Barbardo west indies

I debra edwards was contacted by this company. The person i talk with stated i was entitled to this groverment grant from my income taxes i filled for 2004. THEY STATED THEY NEEDED A PROSSING FEE OF 289.00 BEFORE THEY COULD SEND ME ANY PAPERS TO SIGN TO RECIVE MY GRANT. They also stated the needed my checking acct number and bank routing number the date i would have the funds in my acct and what check number i would use for the transaction. I gave them all this information in return they gave me a phone number and a tracking number. The company explaned to me if the fee wasnt in the acct on the date they were to get there 289.00 that my bank would charge me 50.00 for no funs. I debra edwards check my accts on 8/3/05 to see if they got thetre money for prossing fee no activety was done. I called the phone number and talked with a guy named alex. He stated to me that they posted the money on 8/2/05, just waiting for the bank to release the funs. I then talked with a friend of mine and she state its a scam, the groverment dose not ask for a prossing fee from a grant they give you the grant for 6, 000 and take there fee out of the 6, 000. I called this company ask for the company name and where they are located. The company answered customer service all our agants are busy please hold for the next agant. A person came on the line, I asked him what the company name was and where they where located That when i found out they where in the west indies that told me scam because how can a company out of west indies give a groverment grant to somebody in the U.S.A. I Debra went to my bank and had my acctchanged and the bank froze my other accts because i have overdraft procetion for 3 days. The bank and I want these poeple caught and reported.

TOO ALL COMMUNERS DO NOT LISTEN TO COMPANIES STATING YOU GET A GOVERMENT GRANT OR YOU HAVE WON A LOTTO, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PAY A PROSSING FEE BEFORE YOU CAN RECIVE ANY MONEY. DO NOT GIVE SCAM ARTISITS YOUR ACCT NUMBER, TELL THEM TO GIVE AN ADRESS TO SEND A MONEY ORDER FOR THE OROSSING FEE. THAT WILL TELL YOU IF THEY DONT EXCEPT A MONEY ORDER AND NEED YOUR CHECKING ACCT NUMBER, THEN YOU WILL KNOW THEY ARE SCAM ARTISIT., WHEN THEY ARE FROM THE WEST IDIES.
