Document submission

I am using airtel prepaid mobile with number 919902367778 in bijapur, karnataka since more than 3 years. and already i have resubmitted 3 times but Now airtel is asking for document submission with new form to be filled as i did it at time of taking the prepaid mobile before 3 years. Now the reason for submitting the document is some government rule changed. As i already submitted my document with duly signed on it with photo graphs, airtel can use those documents as a valid document now also.

May be airtel is asking for it because they are not maintaining customer document properly.

Please assist me in this matter.e in this matter.
