Lost Pin no

Sir,

I already submitted a complaint that i have lost my pin number. When i have done i was asked to visit the bank but in the bank they asked me to visit social welfare department. I have also visited social welfare department but they ask me to wait for next renewal of card and asked me to select lost card option but the process of allotment of new card may take up to 10months but the money for me is very urgent and have no source for money for me please tell me a better solution to get my pin back please sir please consider this issue
