Not Providing MTS data card bill and Notepad Bill

My wards student Id is. S120022200858 and course name is software eng... Till date they have not provided the bills of MTS data card and notepad (laptop) which they have provided as per commitment at the time of admission. How I will get the warranty without bill. And also some person is saying it is stolen one. How i will proved that it is given by NIIT which they have purchased for me for which they have charges the amount at the time of admission.
